R P Bonington painted this view in 1826. It is now in and has been since 1896 in Melbourne Art gallery. At some point but not in Australia, somebody made this very good copy. It has been attributed to James Holland, which might fit, but there could be many other candidates including Thomas Shotter Boys. The copyist however worked very hard at getting the same brushstrokes and marks as Bonington (see page 274 , The Complete Paintings, Bonington, Noon.) This copy was done by a very good hand, and nearly managed a Bonington, not quite though. 9ins x 11ins, Oil on board, framed.
